Mesquite store still had hi-cap AR15 mags on shelf as of 1 hour ago.

That is crazy if all these companies are going to quit selling these items.

I wonder if Wal-Mart is going to quit selling alcohol too....more people are killed from alcohol related deaths in the U.S. each year than from gun related deaths.

The only thing that makes sense to me is they can't keep up with online sales demand, since they still will sell in store.

Personally I wouldn't buy from them anyway due to the price gouging

I will not spend my money at any store that caves to gun control rhetoric.

We should STAND PROUD for what we believe in.

My guess is sold out. It also would not surprise me if some retailers are not holding back inventory in expectation of prices skyrocketing

I heard they were pulling them from the shelves, putting them in boxes and taking them to the back.

I read that as well, WalMart, dicks sporting goods, academy, etc. The news even said the parent company of Bushmaster has put them up for sale.

Yep academy is selling only what's on the shelf and never again according to a man complaining he was hung up on by the corporate office when he asked about ARs and called a local store to be told they had three left come get em before they're gone

At this rate, there need not be any gun control legislation. Manufacturers and retailers are doing a pretty good job, by themselves.

This is getting stupid. The dude in China same day carved up a bunch of kids in a school, it doesn't matter what they have if they want to do evil they will. Why we, a bunch of law abiding citizens, should be punished for the actions of a crazed psychopath is beyond me.

Something else to think about.
All the guns that are being pulled from the shelf could be stored for sale at a later date after the gun ban. These would be new Pre Ban guns and would be worth a lot more. Of course this could backfire if the new ban is not the same as the old one. Its still crappy that CTD is doing what they are doing.

This most certainly is based with online sales because I stopped by the McKinney store tonight around 6:30pm just to look at the pandemonium and they were selling AR's to a lineup of customers one after another.
