I don’t say squat about it. Shortly after we got married I made an agreement with her to not count guns in the safe if I don’t count shoes in the rack. Life’s so much better that way.

Those do appear to be practical and perhaps working footwear. Know a gal that has shelves of nothing but fancy boots. The soul of Imelda Marcos runs deep with so many women and their gear. I bet yours has a twice time collection of shoes.

Meh.....typical Female 'Trophy Room'. Usually located in a closet (not the garage) but can be located anywhere.

My wife has untold numbers of Shoes and Purses in her 'Trophy Room' (master bedroom closet). Some have not seen the light of day in years.

Women 'hunt' too. Just occurs at the 'Mall' for the most part.

I think I’ve told this story, but will do so again. Back when I was working, I got on the elevator with two young women (20ish) who were discussing shoes. I turned and asked one of them how many pairs of shoes she had. She said “about 50”. The other one said she had “about 50 also”. Hmmmm…interesting. So when I got off the elevator, I asked the receptionist how many shoes, and she said “about 50”. From that and other gals I asked, about 50 pair of shoes seems common.

But when I got into our department area, there was a tough country gal from Alabama that worked for me. When asked about shoes, she said “six, if you count my boots”.
