^^^ this.

I've went to roasting my own and I buy most my beans from either Sweet Maria's or Theata Ridge. Charbucks is coffee of convenience not quality...they BURN the hell out of their beans. For convenience, I'll typically drink a Dunkin or Tim Horton and rarely Charbucks. I'm also a drink black coffee guy.

Yeah, 7-11 coffee at Main at Carroll isn't too bad at 4:00 AM.

I drink Community Dark Roast or Folgers Black Silk, hot and black. Can't stand any flavored coffee, I don't understand cream and sugar.

Cafe du Monde when I'm in the mood for a little chicory.

Black Rifle Black is good, but not paying that much for coffee anymore.

The best coffee/coffees I've ever had are at nice hotels. They have all been outstanding.

If I'm buying from a grocery store, my favorites are...

Eight O'clock Italian Espresso
Gevalia Dark Gold
Cafe Bustelo Espresso

The best variety of coffees, World Market Cost Plus!
Sumatra is my fave!

Addendum: I do love Dunkin' Donuts Coffee

My current favorite is 1850 Black Gold, it’s a dark roast. They have medium roast called 1850 Trailblazer that is pretty good as well. It comes in ground, k cup and whole bean.

Volume wise- cheapest store brand, usually wally world. For quality Community

Use enough coffee and pure water. No sense in spending money if you're
gonna pour the add ons to it. Just buy the cheap stuff
I enjoy the coffee myself. Just had this AMs leftovers

Those doors are typically locked between 11p-5a. So I have to find a true dump of a convenient store to get fat old coffee. When it’s that old, I prefer it at room temp, helps take the over burnt bitterness away
