Mills County has lots of Badgers. I made the mistake years ago of shooting one, putting it in an empty feed sack, and chunking it in the back of a full cab CJ7 with me. I made it about a hundred yards before I stopped and unloaded it. sick rofl

Yep, back in the 70's and 80's we owned 800 acres in Goldthwaite. Saw my first Badger there.

Also have seen Badgers in South Texas.

OP is clearly a badger. Saw a badger run across the road in Parker County several years ago, maybe 3-4 years, early morning just west of Poolville. Took a while to figure out what I saw as it was low, wide and sorta shuffled across the road rather than loping.

I Feed Indian Corn. The deer love it and all the colors make them stay at the feeder longer.

The only way to know for sure it's a badger is to rub it's belly and tickle its ears.

If you wake up the next day in the ER, it was a badger.

I find it hard to believe none of you have ever seen a long haired Mexican armadillo. Most likely it followed a trail up north.

Well Wyoming badgers don't have tails like that. I have never seen a badger with it's tail in the air.Body too short, legs too long. Young bobcat or feral cat.

After a closer look , I must confess it is a badger. They do put up a tail when perturbed.
