Put a new Peep Tube on the .308 Boom Stick and will take the little Howa .223 Head Gun in case a Slick Head stares in a unsatisfactory manner with no regard to Life..

Have come full circle I guess. My old 270 and 300 win mag will sit at home. I will be taking my Remington 700 ADL in 243 that my grandfather gave me for Christmas in 1978. I couldn't wait to move up to a real gun and retired the 243 when I was 15 and bought my 270. Now at 46, I enjoy the little 243 again.

Joshua will be shooting the Ithaca 7mag he inherited from his great uncle. I figure the 7 mag will bark before, and much more often than my 243.

Browning A-bolt .270 Win topped with Leupold VX3 6.5-20x40 AO and target turrets, Hornady 140g. SST Superformance.

Unfortunately, I haven't taken delivery of the new Weatherby Lazerguard in .257 Wby Mag yet. It'll eat soon.

Thinking real hard about just toting a 45LC revolver and trying to get close to a hog with it. Deer wont be on the "to do" list opening morning since I got mine last week.

Recoil bushings are installed wrong if it kicks. My sweet 16 is a pleasure to shoot.
