The problem is I don't have the 60 MILLION to Buy my
3 PARTNERS OUT or I would in a HEARTBEAT!!!! Happy Fathers
Day to you Hunting Dads!!!!!! And I don't guess there is any way of dividing it up where everyone is happy. Unless it sells and everyone has some more land to buy Obama is going to be very happy with his sudden windfall.

In the world of high finance and money, 85 million isn't that much money. Couple of NBA or NFL owners could buy that with pocket change. Surprised some middle east prince hasn't bought it for a place to raise camels or horses. Maybe Donald Sterling and Donald Trump will buy it and call it the "Two Donalds".

Walter I sure hope that you can get some type of a partition agreement. Ranches in the 5000 acre range, should be very salable, for the family members that want out. You could also consider doing a land swap for some of your parcels for a bigger piece of the YO.

You'd be surprised how easy it can be sometimes to borrow 60 million. With the right connections, it can sometime be easier to borrow 60 million than 60 thousand.
Honestly, if they'd take 75 million - getting an interest-only 10 or 15 year note, and breaking it up and selling it off could net somebody 10-15 million and/or a large very nice ranch free and clear.
Heck, I once had a banker - through a personal connection / once offer me a 2 million dollar signature note. I just couldn't make the payments at the time.

You'd be surprised how easy it can be sometimes to borrow 60 million.  ....I find the borrowing to be much less painful than the paying back!

I think he might be just saying it will be subdivided. Not necessarily in small parcels. I agree with you, it won't be in 5-20 acre plots at the price they are gonna get for it.

BELIEVE ME IT WONT BE A SUBDIVISION!!!!!! Well if it's going to be broken up that's about the best news that could come of the deal. Watching that ranch go under concrete would be a crying shame. For what it's worth if my siblings pulled this with me I'd probably never speak to them again.
