I took a red hind to what was Hoffman's on HWY 6. They have changed the name, with new owners, but the folks that had been running the place the past 5 years are the new owners. It's now called MONTGOMERY PROCESSING. http://www.texascountrycritters.com/

They had an awesome Jalapeno Cheddar Smoky when it was Ricky Fulton's place. May still.

Eddie Rays. There's one on 84 in McGregor and one on 35 in Elm Mott. They did an axis and whitetail for me and I've been very happy.

I've used Eddie Rays twice now and been very pleased. Sack sausage, and jalapeņo summer sausage are excellent!
