I took a red hind to what was Hoffman's on HWY 6. They have changed the name, with new owners, but the folks that had been running the place the past 5 years are the new owners. It's now called MONTGOMERY PROCESSING.

They had an awesome Jalapeno Cheddar Smoky when it was Ricky Fulton's place. May still.

I've used Eddie Rays twice now and been very pleased. Sack sausage, and jalapeņo summer sausage are excellent!
