I eat/freeze all of em I can and donate some to families around me. The rest are yote bait, they gotta eat too.

I eat them because that's the only morally and ethically thing to do after hunting them. Anything else would be egregious.

What do you do with the hogs you shoot?
I know the obvious is to butcher and eat them.
I like to shoot any hogs on spot to help eradicate them from my area. But some of the old hogs don't taste very good or if its the day I'm getting ready to go back home then I just don't feel like messing with cutting up a hog.
What does everyone do with their hogs. can you dump them someplace? from what ive learned, it depends on how the individual sees the hog.

Due to temps before this weekend and getting overrun this year, we drag em off to side hunting area or leave em be. Just learned that you should cut em open before leaving because it helps the critters take care of them faster. Shot my second hog last saturday evening weekend - sweating all day. even if I would have had time it was too dang hot to mess with it. Big sow that probably would have went over 150. if temps are right i will cut out straps and possibly consider back hams but straps for sure.
