Glad to hear about this place, this summer we could not find a good place to eat in San Angelo; but, now we know where to go.
Don't talk the talk if you didn't walk the walk.

Tried Western Sky for the first time last night. Food and service was OK but certainly nothing special. We had the Cafe Ribeye which is a ribeye steak with some type of Spanish sauce. The meat was overcooked to the point that I was unable to determine if it was of decent quality or not. We ordered medium rare and got something close to well done. A terrible thing to do to a piece of meat. Reading the web reviews, it appears that over done meat is their norm. Don't bother with their Spanish sauce. Straight out of a can/bottle with a salty flavor and no heat at all. Beans were beans and rice was rice...what else can I say.Onions rings were good.
Tried something new and got a decent meal for a decent price but will go back to my old favorite, Twin mountain, next time.
