While doing a google search on Mr. Swartz's new hunting ranch I ran across some posts related to his indictment for medicaid fraud back in 2010. There were a number of ugly comments and I thought it was only right to point out that Mr. Schwarz was found not guilty.

Mr. Schwartz is one of the nicest and most honest men I have had the privilege to have been around. I have hunted on his ranch numerous times in the past and have found him to be exactly the way he is on his tv show. He does not change his character based upon the setting. He deserves better than to have his name drug thru the mud without retractions being made. His has done more for the future of deer management than many, and deserves credit. I for one support Mr. Schwarz and owe him dearly for all the management advice he has given me thru the years. At no cost I might add. Thanks Gary, and I am truly sorry that so many people are so quick to judge, and so slow to forgive.

There are more skeletons in the closet other than that one time.

It does appear that not everyone shares my respect for Mr. Schwarz. However, after knowing the man personally for many years I tend to trust him. Honestly, I was not expecting to incite the responses that have occurred. Either they know something I don't, or they have some other reason for feeling the way they do.

Due process. ..and the law ruled.

$2400 isn't a federal offense I guess.....(or can be pawned off on poor staff)

He is not Mr. Schwartz but Dr Schwartz. He has long held that
Honorific title as a member of the Dental Profession. I enjoyed
his shows but cannot condone his participation in the Medicade
fraud. Texas is spending thousands of both State and Federal dollars on these programs because there is absolutely no over sight on how the funds are being spent. JEM
