I too am looking at something in the San Angelo area. The bird ranch looks amazing, but if I can find something w/ a little better hunter to land ratio that would be nice as well

Were doing 4000 acres with 10 guys max its pricey but on most acres like this they usually want 20 plus people. It has axis blackbuck and other exotics on it never been leased before and family hunted only, has a small house in it but it will be setup for trailers mostly.

What's price per gun...year round, water electric?
Will family still be hunting while paid hunters are
Thanks!

sending this back to the top.....still searching and expanding search from around Mason/Menard on into Schleicher County towards San Angelo.
Still prefer smaller acreage, fewer hunters, water electric and year round
Thanks
