San Angelo area lease

Looking for a lease in the San Angelo area. Have seen 1 or 2 pop up on here, but seems they were more corporate based.

Would like year round if possible and water /electricity would be a plus!

So how was it I just moved to San Angelo and just starting to look for a place here in the area. What's usually the going price out here?

solid place.very,very secluded, no meat hunters and the deer are big and were evrywhere when we drove the place. broke down to about $5/acre

I may or may not have 2 openings about 30 miles South of San Angelo. Won't know for sure for another week or two. 1000 acres in Schliecher County. Have not decided yet if I'll do 4 guns or 6. It's year-round with water and electric hook-ups for campers. Let me know if that sounds interesting to you and I'll put your name down in case I need hunters.

I too am looking at something in the San Angelo area. The bird ranch looks amazing, but if I can find something w/ a little better hunter to land ratio that would be nice as well

Sounds like a pretty good place

Were doing 4000 acres with 10 guys max its pricey but on most acres like this they usually want 20 plus people. It has axis blackbuck and other exotics on it never been leased before and family hunted only, has a small house in it but it will be setup for trailers mostly.

What's price per gun...year round, water electric?

Will family still be hunting while paid hunters are
