I've had great results with 70gr TSX. Took a 275 boar at just over 200 yards last year. He made it no more than five feet and dropped. Hit him behind the ear.
I have a 16" SCAR H (7.62x51) but it's a bit bulky to use from the truck packed with gear and a couple other guys. So, I have a 9" 300blk upper coming this week that I'll be hunting with soon, hopefully using 110gr TTSX.
I've had such great results with 5.56 and TSX on all size hogs from piglets up to 300lbs. But, I wanted something with equal or better performance froma. Smaller package. I have a 6.8 8" upper, but only two mags and can't find more right now. Plus, I don't have a spare bolt, so for my needs (hunting is a pretty small part of my firearms use) a short 300blk upper just made more sense.
I hope to post back soon with results. After a half dozen or so hogs, I'll do a comparison of 5.56, 300 and 308 and how they worked for me.

526 two hogs 3-15-13 Tikka, 6.5x55 140gr sierra. It is a great hog round. small boar:  100ish lbs Sow
