I've been researching and I'm going to try two. One is the kill light. I'm also going to try Triple C Feeders light.

Certainly don't mean to hijack this thread, but anybody tried the moonshine lights? I see them at academy and cabelas for about 50 bucks. Would like to hear from anyone who has used them for feedback.

Would like to hear from anyone who has used them for feedback. i have them on my feeders. you really need a 6 volt 5ah battery and a solar panel is a plus but not needed if you use it in the motion setting. mine stay out all the time to keep them use to the lights and i add lights during the hunt. i have had success with the white lights at 70 yards. i add dorcy ceiling lights but am wanting to try the dorcy or mrbeam spotlight/security lights. ceiling lights. example: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006DI7...SR8T36TY13X6HZYspotlights example: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002P6E...00CK84H3Z1KXHN7

Would like to hear from anyone who has used them for feedback. You're $60 could be better spent. We bought one during R&D for comparison purposes while developing our new G3 series of hi-performance feeder lights and was thoroughly unimpressed. After testing, I gave ours to my niece to use in her playhouse(she likes the colored lights). Since I am in the business of making the worlds best and most advanced feeder light systems, please do not take my word for it, the reviews on the Bass Pro Shop website will sum it up for you. For the price range of a $50-$60 PIR light, you would be better served by almost any other light, including the ones sold by Terry's Great Outdoors as mentioned by MBennet. Here is an easy analogy...If it were a car, it would be a Yugo.

I duct taped 4 solar powered landscape lights to my feeder legs 3 years ago and they are still working. They were $2 each after summer clearance at Lowes. I can shoot pigs at 100 yds from the blind with no problem and 25 yds with my bow. Or you can spend 50-60 bucks and get a "hunting" light.

I finally put out a few landscape lights, they work good. I tried the spot light thing and every time we turned it on to shoot the pigs would scatter. We tried the red and green lenses and they still ran off (deer too). I always wondered about the whole red/green light thing.
