You can try the search feature on here and look for pig pipes. Lots of guys have build them and similar feeders strictly for hog hunting.

Pig pipes (barrels) are great. We use them on our place and they are cheap to build and pretty economical on corn since they only feed while the pigs are there. Take a t-post and sink it into the ground clear of any ground obstructions. Put a steel ring on a piece of chai about 8 feet long and slide it over the post, this acts as a swivel to keep it from binding. Take a 30-55 gal drum and bore 4 to 6 one half to three quarter inch holes at different locations in the sides. Attach it to the other end of the chain with a quick link, fill it about 1/2 full with corn (more full if you only want to feed larger hogs), and set it on it's side at the end of the chain. Throw a little corn out to get them started and you are good to go. The hogs will roll the barrel in a circle with the t-post as the center to get the corn to fall out. It is funny as heck to watch.
