1 box Rice Chex
1 box Wheat Chex
1 box Corn Chex
1 box Cheez-its or Cheeze Nips
1 bag pretzels
1 can mixed nuts
1 can peanuts

1 cup oil
1 lb. Butter
8 tsp. Worchester
½ small container of Accent seasoning
8 tsp. Celery salt
2 tsp. Garlic powder
2 tsp pepper sauce, we used Frank’s Red Hot
4 tsp. Allspice
2 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Heat butter, oil, and seasonings in a bowl to melt butter and get it stirred together. The microwave works well for this procedure. Pour over cereal, pretzels, etc.

We double two trash bags, put the cereal mixture in the bags, and then pour the hot liquid ingredients in, and then roll the mixture back and forth, etc. to get everything mixed together well.

Bake at 300 degrees until some of the lighter looking cereals start to brown a little. We use three large foil pans, such as roaster pans. Every fifteen minutes or so I take a spatula and stir the mixture around a little so that it cooks evenly.

No we don't. I'm guessing that would keep it from drying. It is pretty wet right after you mix it all up.

great recipe. in my recipe i add a big box of Red Hots from walmart to the pan about a 1/3 to 1/2 the way through.

i tried goldfish crackers in it but wasn't sure about them.
