^^^^ yeah I'm sure the CEO personally called you when you cancelled  Becareful of whom you call out... You have no idea what his business is... He may very well be a large account for them. The company I work for is a privately owned and does just under a billion in revenue and our ceo will call many people a year when their are complaints or just to get feedback on us.
