We pay in two payments, July and October.

We have year-round access and must pay, in full, on January 1st.

OURS IS DUE JUNE 1ST IN FULL... IF NOT PAID WE HAVE UNTIL THE 10TH TO GET OUR STUFF OUT OR IT BECOMES THE LAND OWNERS.

Thats intersting since I have a new lease I am starting and was wondering about, not thread jacking but when would you guys as hunters prefer (fair) to pay for a lease?
