 When do you pay for your lease?

We have normally paid for our lease in 2 installments (June and September). We talked to the landowner today and he said that he wants all of his money paid to him by April. Looks like I will not be able to hunt there again as I can not afford to pay for it all then. My question to yall out there who have a lease is When do you pay, and do you pay in 1 installment or 2?
I avoid Dick's and hope they fold.

We pay in 3 installments.
We paid our first payment yesterday.
100% must be paid by September 1.

our hunters pay by the 1st of april.
instead of whining about it on the forum, i would try and talk to the landowner and see if you can work out a deal with him. maybe he has a pressing matter and thats why he needs the money up front.
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

With the landowner wanting the total balance paid by April he probably has a balance due for the IRS.

i have 150 acre lease with 2 guns. the other hunter is getting off so i am going to keep the whole place to myself (and kids). my money is due march 1st.
I once drank muddy water out of a hoof print and was dang glad to get it.

One payment, this June. Year round lease and the fishing is good in the summer. I just put a little aside each month.
