Well my pipes were empty this weekend but the dang blasted camera flash quit working and its draining the battery. I think its time for a new camera now. Im also not sure if its the deer or pigs that are pushing them.

How long does it usually take for the pigs to find a new pig pipe? I do not have land or a lease to hunt so I would be hunting public land and wondered if they would come fairly quick to a new food sorce?

I put mine out Monday and they found it last night but they ate the corn I spread out instead the pipe was moved about 5ft from its original location. I cant wait to put a cam up to see what's going on.

Hey killer how do you spread the corn out? I throw some around the trails and then pour it down the length of the pipe. Kinda like getting them to nudge the pipe out of the way and then they realize there is corn in that sucker too.

I just spread it out in a 10ft radius and that was it.

4 days to find mine, and they spent all night emptying it.

Im finding that usually one pig will figure it out before the rest and he will be the one that mostly does the rolling while the others just follow behind eating. Ive got one little boar about 150 that will spend hours on one pipe and the rest just watch and wait for the corn. It took him about three days to find it and a couple hours to figure out how to work it.
