What are the best, and least expensive options for installing lights on your feeder for hunting hogs at night? Joe

Joe cheapest are home depot solar LED spot lights also may look at Wally Mart, you may want to use motion activated solar LED security lights those will be more $$$

cheapest is the LED tent lights at wallmart for 7.99. They look just like my "hog lite" that I paid about 50 for.

Looks like Big Man got all covered When you got it all set up you need to share hunting stories with us, including pictures.

Thanks for the feedback. I finally got some activity at my feeder this week (a big boar), so I'm ready to give him a dirt nap, but need a little light to see him in the dark.

truthfully, i have been happy with my wildgame moonshine light. it gives you the option of dusk to dawn and motion. i have a good scope on my rifle which i think helps a lot. i use the clear/white lens and see really good at 70 yards even with no moon. example: http://www.amazon.com/Wild-Game-Innovati...8768&sr=1-1 battery life if you use the 5amp 6 volt battery is really good but i plan to add solar panels to help. on a side note. i stalked a big boy like the one you have for a month before he would come under the lights. i shot his wifes and kids before he decided to leave the world and come under the lights.

I use the green kill light. I have a photocell and solar panel on mine so It comes on by itself and I dont have to worry about battery's.

motion sensor lights will eventually spook the hogs. have a light that stays on from dusk til dawn. you'll be good to go.

just a cheap wal mart brand we normally stick them on our tripods at the base but it should work if you mount them on feeder. and actually never had anything really get to spooked. we move our tripods around, based on what fields the pigs damaged the worst the night prior
