I like to grind my venison with 25% bacon for burgers, no seasoning other than bacon. turns out pretty good to me.

Does anyone have a good recipe for grilled venision burgers? I have used some Ranch Dressing that is the powdered mix your own form in a packet. Did not use but half of a packet with 1 lb. of venison as the only seasoning on it. Mixed it and made the patties and then grilled them. It is pretty darn good.

I will add an egg and crackers to help with them not falling apart. Good suggestion. I also do this and it works very well. Personally I like mine in some honey BBQ sauce. Gives it a nice sweet taste. Had some last night as matter of fact.

I usually add some worchestershire to the raw meat as well, then just some lawry's seasoned salt after making patties... Cheese and grilled onions to finsih it off with!

I do mine almost the exact same way. Ground 1 pound of bacon per 5 of venison. Turned out great. Added whatsthisher sauce, s&p, garlic powder, a bit of cayenne, lawrys on the outside. Doesn't get much better. Top it with mayo, mustard, red onions, lettuce, and homemade pickled jalapenos, and some colby jack cheese. Had 2 of them this weekend.

I use 20% hickory-smoked, peppered bacon and grind in some whole jalapenos in with the final grind. Add a little worcestershire sauce on the grill and top with a slice of smoked gouda cheese. Come to daddy.
Thank you dear Lord for equipping me with incisors.
