I know we have done this before but its been awhile.
So what was your first Rimfire, Centerfire Rifle, Pistol, and Shotgun??

Here are mine:

Rimfire- Old Springfield Model 15 single shot 22. My dad paid $7 for it from a co-worker. I still have it.

Centerfire Rifle- It was a custom something or another in 308 Winchester. Cant remember much about it. It was stolen in 1997.

Pistol- Taurus Model 441 stainless 4" barrel in 44 Special. I sold it to my dad many years ago.

Shotgun- New England 20 Gauge single shot. Bought it from a friend of mine for $20. It was stolen in 1997 as well.

Shotgun - Revelation 12 ga. (39 yrs) Present from folks @ 12 yo

I tend to keep 'em for a while I guess.

guess which one I got rid of

first rimfire was a model 6 remington falling block that was made in the early 1900's. killed alot of stuff with tht gun, shooting little .22 shorts. was my great uncles, who i never got the chance to meet. still have the gun.

first shotgun was a stevens .410 that my dad bought me at a pawnshop for around $30. never could hit very much with it so a few years later i bought myself a 20 gauge pump. sold it to a buddy about a week after i bought the 20.

first pistol was one i bought when i was 17, ruger stainless blackhawk in .357. sold it a few years later to finance my first business.....it failed miserably. wish i still had that gun.

first rifle was a winchester 94 in 30-30 when i was 10......never killed anything with it until many years later, it was replaced with a ruger .270 that i still have. the 30-30 was lost in my parents divorce after i left it in my stepdads gun cabinet

Shotgun: Win mod 370 12ga singleshot
Centerfire: BCD 4 Mauser 98, all military 8mm mauser
Handgun: Smith & Wesson model 28 Highway Patrolman 357mag

Still have all 4, well the 28 was replaced with a model 27

Rimfire my dad's first & mine 1970 model Savage .22 LR single shot 12 years old
Centerfire I got a Winchester 30/30 Model 94 16 years old
Shot Gun was a New England Single shot 20 gauge 15 years old
Pistol a Jennings 9MM when I was 18 years old

I still have all of these guns and would never part with any of them. Its been 16 years since I got my first one. And many many memories with all of them.

Rimfire- Marlin .22 long rifle - Stolen with most my (and my dads) other guns in 97...

Centerfire Rifle- Remington 243 - Sold luckily before break in

Pistol- Hi Standard .22 - Still have it

Shotgun- Youth Remington 20GA pump - Stolen

Rimfire : Marlin Mod. 60 : Bought with snow shoveling money when I was a kid

Shotgun : 870 Wingmaster 20 Ga. : Early Christmas gift from my father when I was probably 11?

Rifle : Model 700 "Mountain" .243 : Another gift (I love my dad!)

Pistol : Springfield Armory Mil Spec .45, bought it cheap, but had to sell it to make ends meet when I was married.

Never owned a rimfire.

Shotgun was a 20 ga Remington single shot my daughter is using.

Rifle was a Remington .223 with a shortened barrel and stock my daughter will use this year.

Pistol is a Beretta PX4 9 mm sub compact.

Rimfire: Rossi pump with the stock cut off...gun is literally not 24" long. Got it as a baby shower gift I'm told.

Centerfire: Ruger No. 1 Carbine. .243 with the stock sawed off. That gun would stomp the crap out of me and I was terified of it the first three years I shot it. First deer I ever shot was a dumb spike. I was five he was two and I shot 5 times at him. Got scoped on the last one. Started my kiddo off with something a little smaller...

Shotgun: Winchester youth 20

Pistol: Bought a Glock about 10 years ago.

rimfire - my moms .22l winchester semi auto (still have)

pistol - ruger p95 (was stolen)

rifle - savage 110 7mag (gave to a friend) i killed close to 40 deer with this rifle

shotgun - sears ted williams pump (gave to a friend)

Rimfire - marlin model 60 22lr (still have)

Pistol - browning 9mm

Rifle - Marlin 30-30 model 336 (still have)

Shotgun - Mossberg model 500 12ga. (still have)

Rimfire- Remington 552 speedmaster. It was my dads first also.
Centerfire - Remington model 7 243. I'm and idiot for selling it. However I now have my dads Rem 700 Bdl in 30-06 that his dad gave him when he was 15. My dad named it after a dog that they would hunt with. We call it ol Henry because when Henry barks you know there's meat in the tree. I love this gun and will NEVER sell it.
Shotgun - Winchester model 12. Was my granddads.
Pistol - first one was a old 22 revolver but my first centerfire was a 44 mag rugged super blackhawk hunter

Rimfire- Savage semi auto

Shotgun- Mossberg 12 ga pump

Pistol- 1906 Navy 45lc & Ruger .22 single six. Bought together
