This may have been covered but I was wondering what are yalls fav dove and duck recipes?

Dove. Jalapeno on either side, wrapped in bacon and on the smoker.

Duck:
Jalapeno cream cheese bacon wraps on the smoker.
Chicken Fried w/ cream gravy
Teriyaki Stir Fry
Gumbo for the divers
Gonna try some jerky/proscuitto this year.

Everythings better on the grill. Especially if it's wrapped in bacon and jalapeño. Although I am cooking spicy duck jambalaya tonight for the first time. See how it goes

I tried to Chicken Fry them last year and that didnt taste very good. Could be my culinary skills. I gave up on a recipe and took 40lbs of duck breast to Kuby's in Dallas and they made some of the most fantastic duck sausage I have ever tasted.

When I cook doves I sprinke them w/Tony's, put a jalapeno in the middle, wrap in bacon, marinade in Italian dressing and cook on the grill. About to get some going right now!!

I dont know if i heard this on here or not, But last season i started cooking some of our dove bacon wrapped with a slice of tangerine or orange in the middle. Sweet and salty, worked out pretty well.

for dove:my wifes favorite is to fillet the two breast halves off the bone. soak pieces in terriaki sauce for at least 3-4 hours. take out of marinade and place a piece of sliced pineapple on either side of breast fillet. wrap in bacon,and secure with tooth pick. sprinkle with black pepper and grill. they are great,but i prefer to fillet the breast and season with cajun seasonings and wrap in bacon. then shiska bob with jalapenos,onions,and mushrooms. good eating.

Slice a jalapeño in half. Fill it in butter and cheddar cheese. Put it in the dove breast and wrap it with bacon.
Place it in the back of a hot mesquite grill.
Serve with cold beer
