year round...... I slow it down in the summer months then kick back up just before season.

Year around here.. Hog panels up from June to end of season. For those that say it is too green right now to be feeding, the deer are taking all I am throwing...just an FYI..

Spin it all year is the best, just cutt the time down in the summer months and have your feeders spin a little later, this helps the coon problem I have found, I have watched deer chase off coon under lights at night.

2 seconds medium throw morning and night during first 2 quarters or year.
4 seconds medium throw morning, moved timer back and hour for evening still at 2 seconds medium throw last 2 quarters of year

Year around, and I open the hog panels during the spring, and summer to make hog killing easier. We also keep our protein full year around.
