have you tried a restraining order? I think these things have to get fairly serious, but sometimes legal action is the only way to get through.
or you can move the feeder...

Last weekend I moved one of my feeders. My son framed up a "triangle" under it and we poured 3"-4" of quikrete inside the form. A 5 gal. bucket was more than enough water for 5 bags. He looked at it today and said it was doing just fine, tracks around it but they weren't rooting it. We "framed" it with dirt so water would flow it away on the slope. It's cheap and if they can eat through 4" of concrete then they can have it. Good luck!

We staked cattle panels under a feeder last year that was gettign wallowed heavily... The pigs still root in between the squares but not as deep.. Didnt stop them from feeding on the panel just slowed down the hole digging..

just keep moving it.. you should have enough land to move it hundreds of times if you have a lease. You probably need to move it twice a year at most. Whats that over several acres

Looks like it's a draw between the quickcrete, and hog panel!!

I use cattle panels under mine. Works great just make sure you stake them good. I used some 3/8ths rebar.

[quote=AdgerC15]fill with dirt.
put down x amount of wire panels (enough to cover rooted area) and stake the panel down sufficiently to not be uprooted. The hogs will not encroach the covered area because their hooves split the wire and it irritates them. will still feed all around it
