every year I go to the dollar store and buy enouh pens, and wasp spray for everyone on the lease.
some small zip ties to attach tags with.

I have most of the stuff mentioned above already in the blind stored in a fruit cake tin.

One thing I have that is not mentioned is some of those chemical glow sticks.... they are great for evening hunt blood trailing, just hang one in a tree at the last place you have blood. They're easy to see!

I take way to much. What happened to the days of gun, ammo, in the truck and go?

in the bag, I have:

binoculars
range finder
walkman & earbuds
flashlight
bug spray (going to get a thermacell this year)
gloves
knife
ink pen
zip ties
TP
Extra ammo

In addition to that, I take a small lunchbox sized cooler that holds 2 Diet Cokes and a couple of Little Debbies.

This year I have an iPod Touch, so I might load a movie or audio book on it.

Depends. During the rut when I try to sit all I can there is a lot. Early in season I barely take my bow and quiver.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.

One thing I have carried for years is a small Bic lighter. Doesnt take up much space and Id sure be glad to have it if I was seriously stranded or lost.
