Just seeing if there is anyone looking for a lease.. I have about 350 acres and looking for 5 hunters @ 1000 gun or as long as i get 5000 for the whole lease.. Year round.. Tons of deer.. There was a 165 buck killed 2 yrs ago and 130 last yr.. Heres the thing is same people have been hunting it 4 yrs and cant afford it now but im giving them till next weekend to see what they can do.. Im looking 4 responsible hunters.. Also there isnt any place to stay on land.. 6 miles from commanche but there is a rv park less then 2 miles away with motels also.. Im heading to the lease this saturday and hopefully will find a good group of hunters by then.. Thanks and let me know if u have any question!

Can you give more specifics on where this property is located?

north of comanche on hwy 36 about 6 miles.. Duncan creek runs by property.. Real close to procter lake..
