 Buying a used hunting trailer?????

I'm looking at a hunting trailer to buy for hauling the ATV's, etc. Does anyone know what I need to get with it? Is a bill of sale enough? I know I have to register it with the DMV but what about a title?
I'm trying to find the info on the web but am having no luck right now.

Always get a clear title. There is a form you need from the DMV that you can get at the Sub court house. Get a couple of copies and keep them with you because the seller has some stuff to fill out and sign. The people there can get you the right forms even though they are in a rack in the hall. It's easier to get this ahead of time instead of going back and forth.

Never heard of a "title" for a flat bed trailer or utility trailer. I just went to the DVM and had the tags transfered over to me.

Never heard of a "title" for a flat bed trailer or utility trailer. I just went to the DVM and had the tags transfered over to me. X1 ... or you can just go down there.. They have to know the size and weight rating of the trailer..

Thanks, ended up buying a new one that I found a great deal on. I got a title with it and will have to take it down to the DMV sometime in the next few days.
