I am at work watching the hours & minutes pass by really slow waiting on high noon so I can blow this pop stand and get to Junction.

Just went and drove by my stand to make sure it was feeding, I ran it and it worked but it runs a little slow and says JAM! after about 3 seconds of running....sssooooooo I am heading to Gander Mountain for a fresh battery, gonna swap it out and hope for the best. Lots of tracks and the weather looks promising for opening morning. I probably won't get anything done tomorrow! Here is a picture of our camp

I cant stand it any longer.  all the dang hunting shows are making me uneasy, i think i might just stay the night in my stand on friday. ahhhhhhh!!!lol

That's a cool hunting cabin.
We had one like that, but you had to bug bomb it a few days before the season and that first time we stayed in it I think the rats and mice were having their olympics, and we ended up spending the night sleeping in the trucks. LOL!

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

Killed the target several more times today.. soon as class lets out at 12pm tomorrow I'll be in the truck and heading to my spot.
