Has anyone ever dealt with Bushnell on their "limited lifetime warranty" on the elite series scope? I just mailed one in and was wondering if they are good about covering their products.

This came up on another site last week. There wasn't really a general consensus. Some said great, quick service and others said Bushnell sucked. Let us know what happens.

I just bought a elite 3200 haven't even put it on the rifle. I called bushnell because the markings on the turret are not as advertised I have the 10x40 with the tall turrets, the markings were supposed to be bright white & easy to read but they are actually a light green & difficult to read.

They told me that mine is the new model & there is nothing that they can do about it

It has been over three weeks since they recieved my scope, I called today and the rep said they would make a decision about repair (my dime or theirs) by Friday. They are certainly not fast but yet to see if they back what they sell.

Well good news...Bushnell shipped me a new scope today, no charge. I even told them that the damage was my fault and the scope was over a year old but they still covered it. Makes me want to go buy another one!

thats great news - i have heard nothing but good things about them backing their elite products.
