This year I will hunt Red River, Foard, Archer and Real.
I have killed more deer in Archer, saw Bigger deer in Foard, saw more deer and bigger antlers in Real, and I enjoy hunting Red River so I can gripe about antler restrictions

Shackleford for best horns and crocket,Mason and Kimble for numbers and exotics . But I have had great hunts in Motley , Jack , and ValVede as well. Wise and Parker have been good to.Ive been blessed to hunt many others in texas. The worst lease ive been on was a shot out pl in coleman. But I did hunt a good lease near hordes creek lake once.

Stonewall best for quality. Toss up between Southern Haskell County and Western Shackelford County for numbers.

Frio County has good. We have been going through a drought.
But the best county would would be Hildago, Lasalle and Frio.
Now I will be hunting in Menard and Frio so we will see what pans out.
