I prefer my RNT Daisy Cutter, but I've got a buddy with an Echo Timber that sounds REAL ducky. Unfortunately, it's kinda like that old golf analogy - the club doesn't matter near as much as the man behind the swing. JJ can make a $20 Buck Gardner sing better than 99% of the $100+ call owners, and that is probably an understatement.

$20 Double Nasty Buck Gardner Call...will do everything you need! I like it... Easy to blow, and best part is, is that it is cheaper than most calls in its price range! Good luck on what you get! J.J.

I have a RNT Daisy Cutter, an Echo Timber, and a Haydell Pintail Whistle on my lanyard.
Both the RNT & Echo work well for me....my feedcall on the Echo is sick.

i like any call preferably wood. The plastic ones work good for high pitched ducks like Bluewing teal, wood duck, and if you just want a higher pitched and very sharp noise for any duck. But i reccomend Duck commander calls. They make high quality calls and a large variety at that.
