They went down hill when they screwed over the ranch that provides the red jalapenos. Now it doesn't taste the same. Underwood farms Sriracha is the way to go now. Underwood farms was the original provider of red jalapenos to Huy Fong foods.

Yeah, that was a horrible move. I can't imagine how much money they lost on that deal. Have you tried underwood farms yet?

If you haven’t tried it, try the yellow bird sriracha with blue agave. It’s my new go to and it’s Texas based company as well. Used to find it at academy in the big size but they no longer seem to keep it in stock. We get it at Walmart in the smaller size but it seems to be harder and harder to come by these days.

I put it on a subscription on Amazon...I too used to get it at Academy. I get 5 of those little bottles every 8 weeks.

After the last shortage a couple years ago, I have been seeing limited supply of Huy Fong at Central Market and Kroger. I bought 3 just in case. Also picked up the only jar of Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce that I came across.

Yellow bird is great. I really like their Serrano one, too.

Franks has always been my favorite Until I tried a bottle of Truff's. I still use Frank's, but Truff's is unbelievably delicious!
