Last few hot dogs I bought were from Sonic over the last four or five years. Don't go many places that sell hot dogs but if I did it wouldn't be my first choice.


A couple weeks ago I found out there are professional adult tag matches. It's actually on TV.


That's when I quit watching. Within five years of his death, most of the people from his era had retired. Even other greats like Gordon were losing their abilities and the new incoming crew was a bunch of entitled whiners. Also the "car of tomorrow" was a problem. They heyday to me was the early to mid-80's when they still had Buicks, Oldsmobiles, Mercurys, etc. and the car cars were based on RWD cars. Going to the Taurus and Lumina was a dumb move.

Newsflash regarding NASCAR...it's not a sport. Skilled competition yes, sport no.

I had one at the new PGA Frisco course a few weeks ago.....first one in years, and it was fantastic.

Heck, I like a good hot dog. The ones in Houston at James Coney Island are great, as is the chili, which I order with beans. And my wife can construct a great hot dog - chili with beans, shredded cheese, Mateo’s hot sauce, spicy mustard.

Had the little grandkids here years ago, when they were little, and they wanted hot dogs for supper. Dang, we had no hot dog buns. But we had taco shells, hot dog weenies, and ruffles potato chips. I combined those things, with chili, to give them the famous and memorable “Crunchy Ruffle Taco Weenie”. Still a memorable meal for the now grown kids.
