OP Blank THF Trophy Hunter B Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 6,399 Nampa, SW Idaho	Got a wild hair to core out some Bacon and Bourbon sausages, and stuff with cheddar cheese. Egg wash, dry mix, then egg again and final dry coat. Had too many pans going, so over cooked about 15 seconds, but they were great. Wife enjoyed her chicken and green beans too! Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!
