Im a big fan of this jacket in conjunction with Sitka ambient Its basically a ultralight windblocker jacket, Windblocker is just a stretched Goretex membrane. So think of it like a +-6-8k water proof rating(shoulders/chest) with 70k breathability. It has a non windblocker back panel and arm pits material thats ultra breathable. I used it as my glassing jacket and rain jacket last year from Aug sheep hunt, sept elk, oct bear. Is there a big difference in this vs jet stream? yes jet stream is a soft shell jacket with windstopper. This is more of a ultra light rain jacket with back and pits cut out and replaced with stretchy ultra breathable fabric. Jetstream would be alot warmer by its self
