No where close to squatting, but years ago, when we were young, we experienced a "contractor" changing some things for us then descending from contractor to con-man, leaving French doors without a way to lock them overnight while I was traveling for work, endless excuses until we had to tell them to never come back and got someone else to finish things. They were later on the local news with a reporter and camera man coming in the front door while the scum that they were ran out the back. Generations Remodeling was their name. The old man was as sleezy as the son.
