The rest of the country likes it too, and does a pretty good job of making it edible. Chopped and minced clams in Half and Half, cubed potatoes, bacon pieces, diced carrots and celery, garlic, salt and pepper, red pepper flakes. Tabasco to taste, and those addicting oyster crackers!!!
