Smoked half a pork loin for 30 minutes on the gas grill, then wrapped in foil and baked two hours, until it fell apart. Ran 1/4 a head of cabbage thru the food processor and made cole slaw. Some SBR sauce and Wavy Lays chips, great lunch!!!

I usually do toast them, especially for any sandwich with cheese on it. I agree, toasted definitely makes them better!!
