Does anyone know of a good custom boot maker? I am wanting some steel toed work boots custom built to my feet. I’ve got very wide feet and Morton’s neuroma, tumors in my feet, and can’t buy boots that are wide enough not to squeeze them. Probably more info than needed but sure could use someone to custom build me some. I’m in east Texas but would travel.

This guy is on an entire level of his own, probably the best in Texas, maybe the US. Unfortunately he’s typically several years behind, last I heard.

We used a boot maker over in Lewisville that did good work. I'll see if I can find his shop name. It's been awhile but I think it was a 6-9 month turn around.

There's at least one if not two custom boot shops on Montgomery street in Ft Worth acrossfromDickiesarena. I know nothing about them other than they are there.

I’m closer to a 10 but they are about as wide as they are long.

I think they stock 6 E. I was shocked and happy at the same time. I’ve never been able to go into a store and try on more than 2 pairs of anything since 10 yoa.
