If you don’t have a can of WD-40 and duct tape in your truck at all times?

Should it be revoked?

If the oil isn’t Kroil and the tape isn’t Nashua 398N then the man is at least 6.5 Creedmoor material.

I voted no. Have a better spray lubricant than WD-40 and something better than Duct Tape.

You also need some good quality zip ties including the big ones and quality wire.

To be determined

If you don’t have WD40, duct tape and zip ties in your truck your a city slicker and never had a man card to begin with.

I picked the man bun because I can’t take it seriously if you don’t have heavy duty two-sided mounting tape and denatured alcohol and a rag on there. Gorilla, 3M, etc. The clear two sided Gorilla is best and it’s saved my butt many times.

The denatured alcohol and the rag is for surface prep. Makes the tape stick much stronger and last much longer.

It's the "in your truck" part that gets me. I work in a shop and use WD40 daily but I don't need it with me at all times. I have everything else in the world in my truck.

jumper cables
gas can
toilet paper
basic tools
ratchet straps
air compressor
latex gloves
cargo net
spare shoes
warm changes of clothes
cool changes of clothes
spare socks
pullover sweater
hand warmers
knit hat
cold weather gloves
glass breaker
lock out kit
flashlight
rain poncho
umbrella
couple clean towels
tire plug kit

I am going to the store today and I'm adding duct tape, WD40, and zip ties to the list.

Pass the gravy.

warranty runs out then it will be tie wire, zip ties (4 lengths), gorilla black duct tape, either wd or silicone spray.

Had to Google this. Never knew who made the top quality stuff. Thank you.

I was about to post the same thing. It needs to be baling wire - other wire types, including rebar tie wire, are either to hard or too stiff. up

BTW: I wish I could grow a man bun, but the best I can do these days is a reverse-mohawk.

I use methanol to dry stuff out quickly and used to keep an old plastic vodka bottle full of it in my truck. Got to my truck one morning and discovered that someone had gone through it and one of the things that they stole was that vodka bottle. Something tells me they probably died after giving it a taste.

I used Kroil to clean some rifles once. The skin peeled on my hands a day afterwards, mean stuff!

I see this turning into another one-upper thread.

What would a fellow need zip ties for, unless it was a date gone wrong, like your GF has turned into a crazy ex-GF instantly?

Putting up trail cameras. Those strap/belt thingies that come with them are silly unless you're hunting the piney woods.

There's better products for water displacement than WD 40.

LOL, ALL sorts of things. Use them all the time. I keep an assortment of different sizes in both indoor and outdoor ty-wraps (zip ties) in my "tie down" ammo box in my truck tool box, along with an assortment of bungee cords/small straps/big straps/para cord/rope/Gorilla Tape/electrical tape/bailing wire/aluminoy wire etc....also keep small ty-wraps in my truck door and UTV just for tagging game animals.

Always have a few shop towels in my glove box in case nature calls.

Beats the heck out of baby wipes and they’re biodegradeable if you have to leave it behind bolt

The left thigh pocket of my camo pants I wear everywhere, has enough regular TP for multiple code browns. I'm getting a little more feral everyday.

Duct tape, tools, paper towels. No reason for WD40, I use it at home more than on the road.
