Caliber debate ... posted in the firearm section sounds awesome.

EDIT: Removing .30-30 in favor of 20 gauge I was thinking: two rim fire…. .22lr & .17 WSM two shotguns…. 20 gauge & 12 gauge One 30 cal rifle….308 (NATO) or could go with 30.06 Probably should swap the 20 gauge for a 9mm pistol Also was considering access to buy/barter for ammo

To me ammo availability is always somewhat a factor. At the very least due to cost. Alot cheaper to shoot some calibers vs others. This affect also seems to be somewhat true to reloading components too, especially cases.
