We were in the big city of mineral wells shopping (felt like all dang day) and brookshires had buy 1 get 1 for 1 penny sirloin steak value packs. Came out to about 4$ a lb. So I did some quick and dirty pan steaks when we got home, side of brussel sprouts and broccoli smashed and roasted with Dan-Os cheasoning. Also a pile of fried eggs fresh from the chickens. Life is good today. We fried up some trout, with taters and cornbread. Brussel sprouts would have been awesome.
