At no point did I commit anything to you. On the contrary, when you told me you couldn’t pick it up until the 24th, I specifically stated less than an hour later that I needed it gone asap. And even though I didn’t owe you an explanation, and even after your hissy fit...I was courteous enough to provide one. Since you took it upon yourself to try to publicly shame me with a blatant and outright lie, allow me to remind you, past the discussion of price negotiation, of the entire conversation. ☝🏽Therein Lies the point of my frustration… you want me to point to something you did not commit to past the discussion of price negotiation when here in Texas as far as I know a man says I’ll give you $800, the other man says no can’t take less than $1000, the man agrees and says in so many words you have your $1000 then that’s a deal. We then are suppose to work on the time, look at 10:48/10:54… I knew nothing of this cabinet maker at this time, but the cabinet maker knew something about me apparently and perhaps you “USED” my $1000 full price offer to speed the ole Cabinet Maker up and that’s why you got the 7:15AM call according to post #14235.

The statement in that post “waiting until the 24th was NOT an option” first I read about it not being an option all the information I had was 10:37/10:54. So for several hours last night and this morning I thought I can get this table saw all by myself, heck I unloaded a 1400 pound safe off a car hauler by myself Why do I need several men?, I am all the men I need. My response if this had not gone south was going to be… Sir, I’m going to take that table saw apart and put it on a trailer with a dolly and a wireless remote controlled winch on Saturday morning if that is ok.

I digress however and the only blatant and outright lie may, may have been that you would have better luck in California although now that I’ve thought about it Atlanta or NYC may have been more accurate my apologies.

Look, the bottom line is you told me you couldn’t get it until the 24th, and my specific response was I needed it gone asap. I have no idea how you came to the conclusion that I was going to hold it after I specifically said I needed it gone asap. Had the guy not called that morning and had I been in a position to hold it for you, I certainly would have. Once the ball gets rolling for the process of real estate sales it waits for no one.

Had the pleasure of meeting rmartin719 this weekend. Heck of a good guy, and would not hesitate to do business with him again. Open, timely and honest communication throughout the process, and he even took the time to make some welcome improvements to the item over what was pictured. Everything was plugged in and running when I arrived, and he took time to go over everything with me. Another good transaction from the THF.
