We still have a bullpen issue it seems. The way the offense came back and tied it, if our bullpen had held that you feel good about our offense. Overall the bullpen looks much improved but I worry about LeClerc, he has allowed a lot of runners so far. Not what you want in your "closer".

Guy is snake bit. Luckily for the Rangers we're knee deep in talent right now. Duran can pick up the slack at 3rd just like last year when Josh got hurt.

We might even see Foscue some. Luckily they have plenty of options and when he went down last year the offense kept going. Taveras is the one I worry about, he needs to get going or he many find himself without a spot. Jankowski hitting better than him at this point and we have plenty of OF help now.

A big part of the Rangers success last year was the bench. We'll be fine.

Offense sputtered without him. Hopefully Garcia can get going. He may hit 45 homeruns and bat .190 this year. Carter is absolutely a stud. Has 0 hits and has an on base % of .380 and leads the team in runs scored. Really need him to start hitting.

I saw Foscue at Spring Training while in Arizona. He looked pretty good, but certainly won't produce the way Jung did. He's versatile and can play multiple positions, so can fill in at 2nd and 1st, as well. Just a lot on injury concerns coming out of the gate already. Can't sustain too many more.

I didn't get to watch it, but I had ESPN Gamecast up today. Strong scoreless 7 innings from Eovaldi and the Rangers got 3 insurance runs in the top of the 9th to build a 4-0 lead. Good thing they did, because LeClerc was shaky again today, but ended up with a 4-1 win. Nice to take the first 2 series against good teams. Next up, Houston starting on Friday.
