Having about 60 guests today after church for our annual Easter get together. Put three butts on the smoker lastnight and gonna do about 20lbs of sausage later. What's for lunch?

I’m cooking rack of lamb, some roasted garlic mashed taters and glazed baby carrot with a red wine reduction sauce for Easter dinner.

Leg of lamb in the sousvide currently with lemon, garlic, olive oil, sumac and rosemary.
Cucumber tomato salad with rice and homemade tzatziki.
Eat the same thing every year.
Here is last year’s pic.

Had our annual Easter gathering yesterday, had the usual brisket/beans/potato salad etc. Family wanted crawfish but wasn't sure if I could get them in time to cook, kids wanted shrimp so 16.5 lbs of fresh shrimp off the boat it was. Just had leftover deer sausage & beef rib tacos for lunch, but peeling the leftover shrimp later to make a Mexican Shrimp Cocktail.

Kids learning how cook shrimp full of flavor, that peel the way they should.

Got a rack of St. Louis style spare ribs on the smoker. Should be ready in 1 hour.
