The MRI indicated that I had multiple blood clots in the speech section of my frontal left lobe. The good news is they were able to administer the TNK blood clot thinner within two hours of the event.
I've already regained significant capability to talk and eventually expect to regain all my speech capabilities. Nothing else was affected by the clots
I have to spend another day or two in the hospital. And probably take it easy for a while.

Great news. They found a congenital hole in my heart. That most likely caused the stroke. it's very fixable.
Probably will fix it in the next 2 or 3 months after monitoring my heart verifying I don't have any other issues.
Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes for a speedy recovery. I'm confident I'll make a complete recovery now that the root cause has been diagnosed
