Back in the old days, when I saw my news paper in the morning would trigger it, I would grab it and run to the bathroom. Now days the sight of my iPhone just does not do it.
I miss those days, reading my news paper and pinching off a big one…

I get stopped up if I drink alcohol. Another great reason to stop drinking. I get back to normal if I eat fruit and raw veggies. Next day, 2 strong cups of black coffee and watch out.

MiraLAX works the best for me. That's what hospitals use...good enough for me. Yep Store brand osmotic solution such as polyethylene glycol (similar to green anti-freeze's chemical name) was prescribed (it's over the counter now) by my surgeon way back when I had to get constipation related malfunctions repaired. Fiber-based drink mixes give me bad gas and terrible stomach issues so I avoid them. Eating a salad three times per week, a can of V8 (low sdium) a few times a week, and drinking more water keeps me from having to take medicine most of the time.
Pass the gravy.

Haven't found a food item that works any faster or more effectively. Buy the 2 pack with Tallsup fountain drink, copius amounts of their Taco sauce and let the good times flow inside of two hours. Have copius amounts of toilet paper on ready standby.....
